Customers are encouraged to inspect vehicles before purchase.
Independent inspections are welcome:
• At the buyer’s own cost
Vehicles are sold “as seen”, unless a written warranty or mechanical guarantee is provided.
5. Test Drives
A valid driver’s licence is required.
Test drives may be refused if the customer:
• Appears impaired
• Is uninsured
• Poses a safety or financial risk
A refundable deposit may be required for insurance purposes, depending on the vehicle.
6. Finance Disclaimer
All finance applications are subject to approval by external financial institutions.
• Autolink Ermelo does not guarantee finance approval
• Credit checks may be conducted in accordance with the National Credit Act (NCA)
7. Accuracy of Information
All vehicle information is displayed with care; however, errors or omissions may occur.
• We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies without prior notice
8. Limitation of Liability
Use of this website is entirely at the user’s own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted under South African law, Autolink Ermelo shall not be liable for losses or damages resulting from:
